Meet Our Veterinarians

Dr. Justin Eckenrode has come full circle in his journey to become a veterinarian.

Dr. Barbara Strock’s interest in animals began at an early age when she grew up on a local dairy farm. She majored in biology at Lebanon Valley College and got her Veterinary degree from the University Of Pennsylvania.

I'm Dr. Kelsey Plumpton, DVM, and am excited to be part of the Carlisle Veterinary team! I am a veterinarian who has had a lifelong passion for animal care and welfare.

Hi, I’m Dr. Hillary Morrison!

Dr. Juel Shamitko is a graduate of Carlisle High School and attended Millersville University receiving a BS degree in Biology. During school she worked as a veterinary assistant at a veterinary emergency hospital.

Dr. Goodwin received his veterinary degree from Tuskegee University. He completed his internship in 2000 at the Coral Springs Animal Hospital, and then went on to complete a cardiology residency at Purdue University from 2005 to 2008. Dr.

Dr. Michelotti was born and raised in State College, Pennsylvania. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Penn State University and remains an avid Nittany Lions football fan.
